The Dell Latitude D610 laptop computer was originally designed for commercial use. It is a basic computer laptop with a Centrino processor and 1GB of ram standard memory when purchasing the upgraded warranty package. Although the ram is semi-decent for the time period, the processor is also underpowered as well as a real lack of graphs when it comes to the on-board graphics card.
The nice thing about using the D610 for home use is that you will be able to stream videos, check e-mail, and do most important functions with the exclusion of video games. Again, you are not going to be able to hook this laptop up to your TV and watch in HD, but it is still a reasonable computer for your typical work functions and most things that you would want to do on the internet.
